How can we help?
For a bug, access problem, subscription question, privacy request, or product question, contact Cedar Support.
Email Cedar Support
Include your Cedar version, iOS version, and a brief description of what happened. We aim to respond within three business days. Do not include your name, ZIP code, symptoms, medications, clinician information, or exported Cedar report.
Environmental data is unavailable
Check your connection and try again. Provider coverage and modeled pollen data can be incomplete. Your existing check-ins remain on your device while environmental data is unavailable.
Notifications are not appearing
Open iOS Settings, find Cedar under Notifications, and confirm notifications are allowed. Cedar's reminder is optional and the app remains usable without it.
Purchase or subscription help
Open Cedar Settings to view your Cedar Premium status, restore purchases, or open Apple's subscription management screen. Purchases and trials are billed through your Apple Account. If a completed purchase is not recognized, confirm you are using the same Apple Account, tap Restore Purchases, and contact Cedar Support if the problem continues. Do not send receipts or Apple Account credentials by email.
Delete your data
In Cedar, open History → Settings → Local data → Delete all local data. This removes your Cedar profile, check-ins, cached data, and computed pattern from that device and cancels the scheduled reminder. Uninstalling Cedar also removes its local app data.
Restoring an Apple purchase restores Premium access, not your diary. Review and export your records from History before deleting local data. Deleting Cedar data does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Medical questions
Cedar cannot answer medical questions, diagnose allergies, or recommend treatment. Contact a qualified clinician for medical decisions. If you may be experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Privacy
Read the Cedar privacy policy for details about local storage and environmental-data requests.
For beta testers
If you use the TestFlight version, open TestFlight, select Cedar, and tap Send Beta Feedback. The same privacy guidance above applies.
